RELIVE YOUNG ADULTS

This year (2011) the church has increased its focus on ministering to the young adults of our city by formally establishing a young adults’ ministry within the church. The church has felt for some time that a greater focus on this area was needed. That ministry focus has taken the form of RELIVE YOUNG ADULTS.

Relive exists to build and maintain relationships with every young adult in our fellowship, to disciple and educate every young adult in the Scriptures and the Christian faith, and to provide an outlet for young adults to minister to each other, to the church, and to the city. Moreover, Relive provides a social context for the young adults to get together in fun and friendship.

Relive is in its infancy as a ministry, but the vision is sure: ‘Build up, build out.’ There will be a focus on friendship, community, and discipleship, in order to strengthen the young adults, and to build a sense of community and cohesion. Much is planned for the coming year, which will surely be a busy and fruitful one.
