Life Groups
Welcome to our Life Groups
Life Groups are small groups of people who meet together regularly in an informal environment - usually in homes or work places, but potentially anywhere! We have Life Groups for Young People, Young Adults, Young Marrieds, Families, Men, Women, Business People and a variety of age groups. Life Groups generally meet fort-nightly with the alternate week bringing a social element of connection and outreach.
People can easily attend church, be part of a large crowd but never really get involved, make friends, develop their spiritual gifts and be accountable in a practical way. Our Life Groups fulfill these important elements of church life. As we get bigger, we have to get smaller at the same time - we do this through Life Groups. Celebration Meetings are a time to join together as one body and Life Groups provide fellowship, support, and relationships with others who love the Lord as we do. Life Group Leaders are also available to pray, visit, counsel and support their members in any way needed.
We would therefore encourage everybody not only to be part of our Celebration Meetings on Sunday, but also to be vitally connected to a Life Group.
Life Groups Philosophy
A Life group’s primary focus is to harness the dynamics of the individual, imparting into those individual lives so that they are released into fruitful, richer lives in Jesus.

A Life Group is a Care Group
It is a place where Christians can gather together to care for one another through friendship, encouragement and practical expressions of love and kindness.
A Life Group is a Disciple Making Group
It is a place where Christians can grow together to become fervent followers of Jesus Christ through the process of discipling, teaching and mentoring.
A Life Group is a Ministry Group
It is a place where Christians can develop and use their God-given gifts and abilities to help others.
A Life Group is an Outreach Group
It is a place where Christians can bring their friends, neighbours and relatives in order for them to experience the life that is in Jesus Christ.
Life groups allow us to offer encouragement, instruction, support, counsel and prayer to individual people.
Life groups provide a means of outreach into people’s lives in a non-threatening way. To introduce them to Jesus and establish strong personal relationships.
