Leaders on Course:

Leaders on Course is a leadership pathway of providing strong directional input into key development issues needed for todays church Leaders and Volunteers. This is covered by Emerging leaders a 10 week series & secondly by Equipping leaders also a 10 week series, both of which come under the banner of Leaders on Course, because, one of the greatest expressions of ministry is to inspire and raise up leaders.
I’ve been fortunate to see many people discover who they are and what God can do through them. "Leadership is the fruitfulness of becoming an effective disciple."

Just in the same way Jesus made time for his disciple’s grooming them to be effective and ready for the mission ahead of them, we too get to see what potential is in each person God places within our grasp. 

The great commission is our mission, in this it means not only we should be making disciples but also making, makers of disciples, people who can lead and train others to become makers of disciples into fruitfulness and purpose. Here at VictoryLife we are committed to seeing our purpose and to see the continuation of people being raised up for the Lord to fulfil their purpose and potential
